The Nooscope Ethos
Etymologically rooted in the Greek νοῦς (intellect) and σκοπεῖν (to observe), our name references Matteo Pasquinelli and Vladan Joler’s framework on algorithmic systems. We treat technology not as black-box magic, but as an instrument to be understood and engineered from first principles before deployment on live stages.
We take it as a working rule: know how a tool works, and who it works for, before pointing it at an audience.
